She begins, Luxury marketers’ mobile presence is one of the most important touch points for a social strategy and, to keep up with the evolving landscape, brands should be looking for ways to differentiate the mobile commerce experience, according to the 2012-13 Social Media Guide for Luxury Brands. Abrams Research, which produced the report, claims that luxury marketers should continue to focus on their social media strategies online and on mobile, since 74 percent of consumers are more likely to buy from a brand whose values are clearly defined on social media.” Read more here.
