Dan appeared on Good Morning America, Sunday, February 14th to discuss exactly how hard it’s going to be for President Obama to get a Supreme Court nominee confirmed in an election year. Dan commented that this time “the rules are different,” not just because of the campaign, but because of Antonin Scalia‘s legacy.
