Mediaite has a fascinating clip from “Today” featuring a woman who was mauled by a friend’s chimpanzee. As if that sentence didn’t raise a million questions on its own, she recently underwent facial transplant surgery that not only repaired her injuries but is also gradually allowing her to regain sensation in her face. The crux of the issue is that a government gazette that is mandated by law recently went digital, and citizens who didn’t mind having their information in print are pretty bothered to learn that it’s made its way to the interwebs.
