Dan Abrams went on Good Morning America today to talk about what’s become a hugely covered case. Spanning five years of investigation, the prosecution has videos and recordings to work with. From the outset, Dan calls it a very strong case. Interestingly, he mentions the fact that it’s a Class D Felony for this particular instance of promoting prostitution. Not to suggest that it’s not an important case, but the fact that there’s been a two million dollar bail set for the alleged madam speaks a lot to the high profile nature of the case. Every couple of years, Dan says, they have to have one like it: to remind people that yes, prostitution is still illegal.
